As a key leader in our organization, the Director of Rehabilitation will play a vital role in developing and implementing comprehensive rehabilitation programs for our patients.
About the Role:- The Director of Rehabilitation will oversee the day-to-day operations of our rehabilitation department, including supervising a team of rehabilitation professionals
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans for patients, focusing on achieving optimal functional status and independence
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement rehabilitation programs that meet the unique needs of our patients
- Supervise and support a team of rehabilitation professionals, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech therapists
- Conduct patient assessments to identify rehabilitation needs and develop individualized plans of care
- Foster collaborative relationships with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and social workers
- Monitor and improve rehabilitation program outcomes, including patient satisfaction and discharge outcomes
Requirements:- Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or related field
- Strong clinical and leadership skills
