Currently, we are looking for an attorney with at least three (3) years of practical experience working in civil defense - preferably in general liability. By design, we are a different type of defense firm, as our attorneys handle a smaller case load, which is usually around 15 cases. As a result, our attorneys each have more time and resources to actually defend their cases the right way. However, for this reason, our attorneys are expected to be proactive in handling their cases. While it may not be for everyone, this is definitely an ideal situation for many defense attorneys out there who excel when given this opportunity. This job requires an attorney who is passionate, motivated, and conscientious about their work. More than anything else though, we want someone who genuinely enjoys litigation and who wants to become a better attorney because of it. And if you are a defense attorney who fits this description, then again, this is probably a job where you will thrive. The salary for full time work will be based on the attorney's practical experience and skill level, but is very competitive and includes a favorable bonus structure.
