Junior Human Resources Analyst - Systems & Reporting
Location: Tampa, FL
Base Salary: $65,000–$80,000, based on experience
Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days per week in office
Ray Thomas is partnering with a leading national law firm seeking a Junior Human Resources Analyst to support its HR systems and reporting team. Responsibilities:- Respond to ad hoc data requests and prepare scheduled reports for HR teams, including Recruiting and Compensation
- Present data clearly and accurately
- Troubleshoot HR system issues and resolve help desk tickets
- Assist with data audits, testing, and validation
- Maintain system documentation and support process improvements
Qualifications:- 1+ year of Workday or comparable HRIS experience
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information systems, computer science, human resources, or business administration
- Basic understanding of HRIS functional areas
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and handle confidential information
- Excel, data analysis, and audit experience preferred
- ServiceNow experience is a plus
- Prior law firm experience is not required
