Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting gifts and merchandise Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gift shop Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed Provide product information and answer customer inquiries Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages Uphold store policies and ensure a positive shopping experience
