Reports To: Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate, reliable Line Cook to join our back-of-house team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, works well under pressure, and takes pride in preparing high-quality dishes that reflect our menu and standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food items consistently and efficiently according to recipes, quality standards, and kitchen protocols
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station throughout the shift
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed
- Communicate clearly with other team members and leadership
- Follow executive chef’s instructions and contribute to team-oriented service
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a line cook or prep cook in a high-volume kitchen
- Culinary school training is a plus but not required
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- ServSafe Certification (preferred)
