Shift: 1st – 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Weekdays
Reports to: General Manager

Job Description:
Coffee Production Associate will be integral to the processing, packaging, and staging of wholesale coffee orders. This fast-paced role will help the company to exceed the expectations of its customers by providing the highest quality coffee products available on the market. The Associate will perform all aspects of coffee production including, but not limited to, roasting, blending, flavoring, packaging, labeling and shipping. Training will be provided.
We are only interested in candidates with a customer-service mindset and a can-do teamwork-focused attitude.
Tasks require the Associate to be on their feet for most of their shift. Other requirements are:
- The ability to lift 50 pounds
- The ability to read, write and speak English
- The ability to operate a computer in performance of work tasks
- The ability to do basic math calculations and read and interpret a scale display
The optimal candidate will be able to perform all of the above and also:- Have a strong desire to learn new tasks, understand basic manufacturing and inventory principles, be mechanically inclined and have the desire to grow with the company.
