What You Will Experience In This Position: Perform layouts; material prep channels, beams, and plate, and cut material on saw equipment. Assist in fit up of skids and staging holes, cut plates with track torch. Cross train with other departments. Assist journeyman welders. Conduct housekeeping as necessary. Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness to ensure quality. You Have: The ability to work by yourself and with others. At least 1 year of experience preferred. The ability to multitask and adapt to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected challenges with projects. Availability to work 2nd shift.
