Bill’s Custom Fab, Inc. is looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Structural Steel Estimator to join our team! As an established, family-owned fabrication business, we take pride in the work we do, the relationships we build, and the people who make it all happen. We’re looking for someone who understands the structural steel industry and knows what it takes to turn a set of plans into a successful project.
What you'll do:
Estimate structural and miscellaneous steel projects.
Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specification books.
Communicate with vendors and clients to gather project information and pricing.
Collaborate with our structural steel team to develop accurate, competitive estimates.
Apply your knowledge of steel fabrication and steel erection to evaluate project requirements.

What we're looking for:
Previous structural steel estimating experience.
Strong blueprint-reading and specification interpretation skills.
Knowledge of steel erection is essential.
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
