Staff Engineer-II | Dallas

Qualifications: BS in Civil/Structural Engineering. MS in Civil/Structural Engineering preferred. EIT required, PE preferred. Individuals should have a minimum of 3 years of increasing engineering experience in structural analysis and design, as well as experience in preparing plans and detail drawings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred. Familiarity with Revit/AutoCAD and software such as MS Word & Excel, Enercalc, RAM, RISA, and ETABS or SAP. Candidates with significant industry experience may negotiate ahigher rate of vacation accrual. Office closure between Christmas and New Year’s Day (4 additional days of paid time off). Sick leave will be accrued at the rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, starting on the first day of employment. After 6 months of employment, employee is eligible to work from home up to 4 days per month. After 6 months of employment, employee is eligible to participate in our 401k program with company match. After 90 days of employment, employee is eligible to use PARADIGM owned condominium at the Everline Resort located in Olympic Valley, California. Compensation Salary range for this position is $85k-$105k. The pay rate is based on factors such as geographic location, experience, education and skills.
