Senior Development Manager | Ground-Up Multifamily | Miami, FLWe’re partnering with a well-capitalized real estate investment and development platform to hire a Senior Development Manager in Miami. This is an immediate hire with real ownership over ground-up multifamily projects across South Florida and the Northeast.

The role:

Lead ground-up multifamily projects from pre-development through construction, delivery and turnover
Be the technical lead on design, architecture and engineering, working closely with architects, engineers and GCsSteer projects through the SE and NE entitlement and permitting process
Partner with the investment team, who own the underwriting, so you can focus on getting projects designed, built and delivered well
What they’re looking for
A technical background in architecture or engineering, ideally someone who started as an architect and moved into development
Full-cycle experience taking multifamily projects through to completion and turnover
Hands-on knowledge of the South Florida approvals process
Someone who is comfortable in the weeds on drawings, specs and consultant coordination
The package$150,000 to $170,000 base 30% annual bonus
Additional project milestone bonuses
