Bilingual Customer Service Representative

La Mesa, San Diego, CALHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in La Mesa, San Diego. This position is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to customers while responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining accurate records. This role has the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule down the road after training.
Job Duties:- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide assistance in both English and Spanish
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Meet established productivity, quality, and customer service goals
Qualifications:- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Previous high-volume call center or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
