Preferred Materials is seeking an experienced Ready Mix Plant Manager to lead the Palmetto, Florida operation. You will oversee production, fleet coordination, safety performance, quality control, and customer satisfaction, while developing a high-performing team. As Plant Manager, you will drive daily operations, manage budgeting and KPIs, partner with dispatch, sales, and quality control, and champion safety, environmental excellence, and continuous improvement.
