Senior On-Site Service Specialist

Pay rate: $17.02- $18.00/hr Hours: 8:00am- 4:30pm, M-F Location: Fayetteville, AR Temp to hire Summary: Direct customer service through deliveries. Metering mail. Logging accountable packages using our tracking application. Comfortable being on their feet for long periods. Able to learn and follow walking mail delivery routes across the University of Arkansas campus. Strong basic customer service skills and comfortable interacting with students, faculty, and staff. Basic computer skills with the ability to learn USPS, FedEx, and DHL shipping software. Familiarity with email and basic Excel. Advanced Excel skills are not required. Walking mail routes across campus. Climbing stairs. Occasional lifting of 30+ pounds. Use of computers, mail scanners, postage meters, and other mail center equipment. Parking is available in designated lots. A parking permit is required, and Ricoh will assist with obtaining it.

COVID Requirements: None. Driving: No driving is required as a temporary worker. BUT A valid driver's license will be required if the employee converts to a permanent position and is assigned delivery routes.
