What you’ll do:- Repair and restore production machinery and support equipment
- Diagnose faults; use hand/power tools and measuring instruments to execute precise fixes
- Rebuild subassemblies and components; change out worn or defective parts
- Perform both scheduled preventive maintenance and urgent reactive work
- Read and apply machine schematics, parts prints, and procedure manuals
- Operate equipment to verify that repairs meet performance and safety expectations
- Collaborate with teammates to solve problems and improve reliability

- Pay and incentives$44.00 per hour starting rate
- Eligible to earn $51.76 per hour after 120 days
- Shift differentials: $0.40/hour (B‑shift) and $0.48/hour (C‑shift)

- Available for any shift; willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Journeyman mechanical credentials or relevant mechanical maintenance experience (manufacturing or military)
