Estate Planning Attorney (Hybrid) Lead Trusts & Estates

Distinct in Austin, TX is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to lead client relationships in a hybrid work environment. You will handle wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and planning for liquidity events. You’ll work with CPAs and financial advisers, manage estate and trust administration, probate and guardianship in Texas, and guide matters from first meeting to signing. Texas Bar admission and 3–10 years’ trusts and estates experience are required.
