About the role:
We're looking for a Senior BPM Consultant to lead process discovery and design for clients across various industries. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand how work really gets done, model processes on Camunda 8, and partner with our development team to bring them to production.
What you'll do:
- Run discovery workshops to map current processes and identify improvement opportunities .Design target processes and decision logic in BPMN 2.0 and DMN using Camunda 8Translate business requirements into clear, executable models for the development team
- Use Camunda's low-code capabilities, such as connectors and forms, to accelerate delivery
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams throughout the project
- Advise clients on process automation strategy and modeling best practices
What we're looking for:
5+ years of experience in BPM, process analysis, or consulting.
Strong hands-on BPMN 2.0 and DMN modeling skills.
Practical experience with Camunda 8.Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills, including with senior client stakeholders.
Ability to learn new business domains quickly.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Understanding of Camunda execution concepts such as retries, incident handling, message correlation, and process versioning.
Familiarity with REST APIs and common integration patterns.
Experience using AI tools to support process discovery or modeling.
