Senior Plumbing Estimator & Growth Leader

Dairyland Energy Solutions in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Senior Plumbing Estimator/Project Manager who will lead estimating and project management, mentor estimators, and help identify revenue opportunities while shaping the future direction of the company. This is not a typical PM/Estimator role: think of it as running your own business within our business, building profitable opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving accountability, growth, and profitability.
