Preferred Qualifications: Sales experience, especially in-home or direct sales A background in teaching, small business owners, construction, and construction consulting Accountable, coachable, and reliable, with the resilience to hear "no" and keep going If You've Never Sold Before Sales isn't talking someone into something they don't need. What You'll Do: Identify homeowners who are a fit for Trinity's product suite and take them from first conversation to signed agreement Build trust with clients through clear communication and problem solving Attend weekly sales training and attend one on one trainings from our top producers Close deals, hit your goals, and grow your prospect database Work your growing pipeline to obtain referrals
