Role Description:
The Strategic Financial Advisor is a full-time, remote role responsible for providing holistic financial guidance to business clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, cash flow, and tax implications to develop strategic recommendations for business owners. The advisor will design and implement financial plans, support retirement and investment strategies for clients, and coordinate with tax professionals to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. The role involves regular client meetings (virtual), preparing advisory reports and presentations, monitoring client portfolios and key performance metrics, and staying current with relevant financial and tax regulations. The Strategic Financial Advisor will also contribute to refining internal advisory processes and tools to improve service quality and client outcomes.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Financial Advisory skills to develop and implement comprehensive strategies for business clients.
Candidates should possess solid Finance and Investments expertise to analyze business performance and guide investment-related decisions.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Retirement Planning to advise clients on long-term wealth and exit strategies.
Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, CPA) are highly beneficial.
Demonstrated experience working with business owners or small to mid-sized enterprises, with strong analytical, communication, and client relationship skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple client engagements, and use financial and productivity software tools effectively.
