Commission Must have 5 years in allied staffing experience. Must also be willing to relocate to Central Florida which will be paid for by the client. This person will be over a team of 20-25 sales and recruiting employees in a division that is tens of millions in revenue. We’re seeking a proven healthcare staffing leader toown and scale a national Travel Allied division. This executive role has full responsibility forgrowth strategy, operations, recruiting performance, client partnerships, and P&L .Must-Haves 5+ years intravel allied7–10+ years of healthcare staffing leadership Willing to relocate to Central Florida (client-paid relocation)
What You’ll Do:
- Drive national growth and market expansion
- Lead recruiting, account management, and credentialing teams
- Own division P&L, pricing, and margin optimization
- Build key client relationships and negotiate major contracts
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and Joint Commission standards
