Quality Co-Op Spring 2027 Join as Student Working time Full-time
Your tasks:
Work closely with Design Engineering during development of product design to safeguard quality of products Work with Process Engineering utilizing PFMEA, Control Plans, Gaging and other tools to produce products that meet quality standards this includes development of new processes as well as improvement of existing processes. Implement and support multi-layered system to confirm Quality during all aspects of manufacturing Lead investigations into customer complaints to identify source of complaint and work with internal stakeholders to identify root cause and develop corrective actions (8D, Shainin, 5WHY, etc.)Use data analytics tools to identify trends and potential areas of improvement
Your profile:- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BIKnowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, TPM) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work on-site in Fountain Inn, United StatesNeed to be available for co-op duration from January-May.
