Jupiter Capital Management LLC is seeking several experienced Senior Business Consultants with risk / audit / compliance subject matter expertise and preferably management consulting experience within risk / audit / compliance to join our panel of consultants. The VP, Senior Business Consultant will be responsible for executing consulting scopes of work for the clients of Jupiter Capital Management LLC. The role is an independent contractor role on either a 1099 basis or B2B (your LLC + Jupiter). Compensation is directly based on hourly billings to our clients. Most projects are 40 hours per week for 3-12 months. The firm has an equity membership unit share program as well as equity membership share options as part of potential discretionary incentive compensation for successful performers. Jupiter Capital Management LLC is also exploring exit strategies that could potentially result in the VP being offered a full-time salaried role at an acquiring consultancy, professional services firm or a client seeking to build an internal consultancy group.
