Pay Rate:
$68 - $73/hrResponsibilities for a PICU:Work in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient, and family to promote patient health through delivery of professional nursing care Provide nursing care appropriate to patients' age and condition as documented in the nursing and medical plans of care Adhere to evidence-based nursing and patient care practice standards, hospital goals, values, and regulatory standards Float between NICU and PICU as required by the assignment Work day and/or night shifts (7a-7p & 7p-7a) as determined during the interview Maintain current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges Maintain current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart AssociationMaintain current PALS certification from the American Heart AssociationMaintain current NRP certification (preferred) Comply with flu vaccination requirements from October through April or sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreement and mask during the full respiratory virus season Bring a minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in pediatric CVICUHold a two-year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four-year (BSN) degree in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree Benefits for a PICU:Weekly pay every Friday Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/Pet Insurance 401K Retirement Plan (matching) Full-service Credentialing and Corporate Travel Team Referral Bonus up to $1,500
