Job Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate logistics documentation for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper filing, tracking, and accessibility
- Coordinate and execute customer shipments, including small parcel preparation and resolution of delivery or shipment discrepancies in partnership with Customer Service.
- Monitor and follow up on non-deliveries, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Communicate shipping schedule changes to the logistics department and planning department.
- Perform additional duties as required to support business operations.
