OM Cloud Engineer to support enhance and optimize cloud based Order Management solutions The engineer will be responsible for managing integrations troubleshooting complex production issues supporting order to cash processes and ensuring the reliability and performance of Order Management applications within the enterprise ecosystemKey Qualifications SkillsProvide Level 3 production support for Order Management applications and integrationsSupport end to end Order to Cash O2C business processes including order capture fulfillment shipping invoicing and returnsTroubleshoot and resolve complex application integration and data issuesDevelop and maintain integrations between Order Management ERP and WMS and external partner systemsConfigure business rules orchestration processes fulfillment flows and exception handlingAnalyze business requirements and recommend scalable cloud based solutionsMonitor application health system performance and transaction processingSkillsMandatory Skills : Oracle EBS - Apps Technical, Oracle EBS - OTM/GTM, Oracle EBS - SCM, Workday Order Management
