• Injection Molder Details:
• Temp-to-Hire position$ 20.25 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)
• Lead daily Custom Molding production activities while supporting operators and maintaining workflow.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure products meet customer and company standards.
• Assist with machine setups, material loading, and troubleshooting minor production issues.
• Complete production documentation and monitor output to meet production goals. Train team members and promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Injection Molder Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing experience and lead/supervisory experience required. Plastic Injection Molding experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, routings, and detailed work instructions. Strong math and measurement skills, including reading rulers, converting fractions, and performing basic calculations. Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 65 lbs. routinely.
