HR & EHS Manager Plant Culture & Safety

Pretium Packaging is seeking an hands-on HR Manager with EHS responsibilities for our plant in Peru, Illinois. The role combines HR leadership with workplace safety responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, payroll assistance, and HRIS data management while driving OSHA and environmental compliance and safety training. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years HR experience are required.
