Real Estate AgentInch & Co. is a family of companies building spaces that inspire connection and strengthen communities. Founded by brothers John and Jeff Inch in 2012, we've grown from a small local builder into an award-winning, integrated real estate business, named one of Central Pennsylvania's fastest-growing companies by the Central Penn Business Journal in 2022. Headquartered in York, PA, we cover land development, design, construction, management, and long-term investment, so quality and purpose are built into every detail. Inch & Co. Real Estate is a full-service boutique brokerage, locally owned and operated in York and Camp Hill, PA, serving buyers and sellers across York, Harrisburg, Camp Hill, Mechanicsburg, and surrounding Central PA communities. Voted Best Brokerage in York & Hanover, we pair experienced agents with genuine, hands-on client care that turns first-time buyers into lifelong referrals. As part of the Inch & Co. family, our agents tap into an integrated network spanning development, construction, and property management, an edge most independent brokerages can't match. At Inch & Co., we build more than structures. We build connections, opportunities, and communities. Through Inch Gives Back, our team volunteers at local events, provides greenhouses to elementary school students, hosts benefit concerts for first responders, and raises money for causes our agents and employees care about. We believe individual actions spark change and that improvement starts with taking initiative. We're looking for amazing people to join our team (more specifically, a REAL ESTATE AGENT). The role is based in York or Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Here's where you come inYou're driven and hungry to build something of your own. You like the hustle of real estate, including prospecting, following up, and guiding a client through the biggest financial decision of their life, and you're ready to turn that energy into a growing business. Whether you're an established agent looking to scale your income or making the leap into real estate for the first time, you're coachable, self-motivated, and comfortable with a flexible, independent schedule. We're a team-first group built around agent success, not internal competition. You'll work alongside a dedicated marketing team, contract-to-close coordinators, and settlement support staff, so you're never doing a deal alone. Every agent gets personalized coaching and one-on-one mentoring at every stage of their career. We'd rather help you grow than watch you sink or swim. Think "your business, our backing." We offer aggressive commission splits, zero desk fees, zero franchise fees, and zero hidden costs, because agents should keep more of what they earn. Our builder's mentality runs deep: we provide the leads, tools, and mentorship, then get out of your way so you can focus on closing deals and taking care of clients. The Real Estate Agent role gives buyers and sellers a trusted, knowledgeable guide through one of the biggest transactions of their lives, while building a sustainable, growing business for yourself.
