Commercial Property Manager

Commercial Property Manager | $130k - $150k base salary | Manhattan Your new company Hays have partnered with a Manhattan based owner/operator, who are looking to hire a Property Manager to lead a portfolio of four commercial office buildings. This position will be responsible for delivering a first-class experience for tenants and ensuring operational excellence across each asset. Your new role As the Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and financial reporting for each asset within your portfolio. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with tenants and stakeholders, overseeing all operations relating to buildouts, capital projects, and leasing activities. Based at the corporate office, you will collaborate with in-house construction, leasing, and legal teams to proactively review, enhance, and implement business plans to optimize property performance. A strong understanding of New York building laws and the ability to read and interpret construction drawings are essential. What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in commercial office property management. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead a team and work collaboratively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of tenant fit-outs and capital projects. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
