Our outpatient office model supports your tele-therapy sessions through a user-friendly online platform designed for live video consultations and secure messaging. Key Responsibilities: Conduct ongoing mental health counseling sessions with individuals through video chat, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Encourage clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences, helping them articulate their mental health challenges. Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process. Utilize evidence-based practices to identify and address behavioral and emotional obstacles that hinder recovery. Provide clients with tailored advice on healthy coping mechanisms and strategies for managing stress and anxiety. Document clinical notes and treatment progress in a secure system, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Patient Population / Client FocusYou will primarily work with a diverse client base, including stable adults with low acuity needs. All clients are pre-screened to ensure they are well-suited for an online therapy format. Qualifications: A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Current and independent LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) license is required; provisional licenses and those with disciplinary actions are not acceptable. Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to connect with clients on an emotional level. Proficiency with technology, including telehealth platforms, to facilitate remote counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience: Prior experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling services. Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and techniques that you can apply based on client needs. Experience in a fast-paced, clinical environment, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits: Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 – 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Attractive sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
