Job Description:
$48K to $84K a year. High volume of leads. Real path to management. Elmhurst Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is one of the fastest growing dealerships in Chicagoland, and we have the kind of problem most stores wish they had. Too many leads, not enough people to work them. Get in now while the group is still young, the team is still being built, and the ladder up is still short. The people who join winning teams early are the ones running departments five years from now.
The Opportunity:- The leads are here. Internet, phone, chat, third party, all of it. The phones ring, the CRM fills up, and we need closers on the other end. If you're coming from a dead store where you're fighting over scraps to make a paycheck, this is the opposite of that.
- The PayOur agents out earn most BDC reps in Chicagoland because we pay on what matters.
- Appointments set
- Appointments shown
- Units delivered
- Top performers hit the upper end of that $48K to $84K range and keep climbing.
The Culture:
Two minute response standard. A lead hits the system, we're on it inside two minutes. Every time.
Appointment culture, not call center culture. Set it, confirm it, show it, sell it. That's the rhythm.
Unreasonable hospitality. Every guest, every call, every text. We want customers who drive past three other dealerships because of how you treated them on the phone.
Real work life balance. A schedule that lets you have a life outside this building.
Leadership that actually leads. Managers who coach you toward your goals and back you up on tough calls. Not executives managing through a spreadsheet from a corner office.
A safe, professional environment. Toxic behavior is not permitted here. No yelling, no backstabbing, no dealership drama. You'll be respected and you'll be safe.
Strong benefits. Health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO.A clear path up. Today's top BDC agent becomes tomorrow's BDC Manager, Internet Director, or Sales Manager. We promote from within and we're growing fast enough that the seats keep opening.
