We're looking for skilled welders (levels II-III) to join our manufacturing team in Pampa, Texas, where craftsmanship matters and quality builds power. You'll be fabricating and assembling critical components used in compressor skids and industrial equipment, working with a team that values safety, reliability, and doing the job right the first time.
What You'll Do:- Perform MIG welding on steel and other metals
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
- Fabricate and assemble compressor skids, frames, and components
- Inspect and repair welds to meet ASME code vessel standards
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Work closely with manufacturing and overhaul teams to meet production goals

Requirements:- Welder II & III3+ years of welding experience - Welder II5+ years of welding experience - Welder IIIMIG welding proficiency
- Ability to read blueprints and symbols
- Pass a 3G open root plate test (downhill MIG root, uphill flux core fill & cap)ASME Code certified
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
