Dialysis

Start date: August 24, 2026 40 hours per week No on call 1 to 5 dialysis patients per day Mix of ICU and standard acute dialysis patients Saturdays may become part of normal operations as the program grows $80/hour Bill Rate; plus, 8-hours paid module training regardless of time taken to complete them prior to first day start.

Required experience: Minimum two years of recent acute dialysis experience ICU dialysis experience Tablo proficiency Competency with all dialysis vascular access types Ability to function autonomously in an acute care environment Current BLS and ACLS Active Tennessee RN license or qualifying Compact State license Culture is very important to Williamson Health. In addition to strong clinical experience, we need someone who is professional, adaptable, collaborative, and will integrate well with the hospital team.
