Safety Training Specialist (HSE) – Watford City, North Dakota
Overview:
Seeking a Safety Specialist to support field operations across pipeline, facility, and construction projects. This role ensures compliance, drives a strong safety culture, and partners closely with field leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Enforce HSE policies, OSHA standards, and client-specific safety requirements
- Conduct field audits, inspections, and safety observations
- Lead toolbox talks, JSA reviews, and incident investigations
- Track and report safety metrics, trends, and corrective actions
- Support onboarding, training, and continuous safety improvement initiatives
Qualifications:- 3+ years of field safety experience (oil & gas, pipeline, or construction)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and HSE best practices
- Experience with incident reporting and root cause analysisOSHA 30 required (additional certifications preferred)
- Ability to work in field environments and travel to job sites
