What deliverable(s) will be required of this person.· 3+ Year experience in Application Support for AutoCAD (L2/L3)· Good troubleshooting skills· Good analytical and communication skills· Ability to find the root cause for the problem and provide recommendation for both short-term and permanent solutions· Coordination with 3rd party vendors for fixes, releases, etc.
Required skills:- Autodesk's AutoCAD· Oracle SQL, PL/SQL developer· Application Support (L2/L3) experience for AutoCAD
