This contract opportunity is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a real difference, working within the renowned Pyramid Programa small, structured setting dedicated to advancing positive outcomes for learners requiring intensive therapeutic and special education services.
This position is full-time, running through the end of the school year. There's flexibility to begin as soon as possible to facilitate a smooth transition; you can shadow the current BCBA before officially taking over in December. The schedule is 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM, averaging 40 hours each week, with the possibility of occasional after-school meetings.
Key Qualifications: Active BCBA certification and licensure required
Strong experience supporting students with social/emotional needs in specialized or therapeutic school settings

Essential Responsibilities:
Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans aligned with student IEP goals
