Resident Life & Recreation Director

Talentify is seeking a dedicated Therapeutic Recreation Specialist to plan, organize, and implement activity and leisure programs for residents per the care plan. You will assess needs, develop individualized recreation plans, and coordinate with care teams to promote meaningful engagement and well‑being. You will document assessments, prepare monthly calendars, and support resident Council activities while ensuring safety and physician approvals where required.
