You will manage and grow ongoing customer relationships by maintaining regular contact, understanding customer needs, and taking ownership of follow‑up items that strengthen long‑term account success.
If your greatest satisfaction comes from solving technical problems, building trust with customers, and turning data into practical action, we would love to meet you.

Career Growth: Ongoing professional development, hands‑on technical learning, continuing education reimbursement, and the opportunity to grow your expertise in water treatment, engineering, and customer partnership.
You’ll Love This Role If... You enjoy solving technical problems. You like digging into data, asking smart questions, identifying root causes, and developing practical solutions that work in real‑world systems.
You care about water quality and system performance. You understand that reliable water treatment protects equipment, improves efficiency, reduces risk, and helps customers operate with confidence.
You are comfortable with customers. You can explain technical information clearly, build credibility through follow‑through, and help customers understand what is happening and why it matters.
You are detail-oriented. Test results, trend data, site observations, and documentation matter to you because small details often lead to the right recommendation.
You like variety. One day may involve analyzing water samples and treatment data; another may include walking a customer site, troubleshooting a system, or supporting a new program rollout.
You are proactive and resourceful. You notice issues early, communicate clearly, and take ownership of moving solutions forward with urgency and care.
You value teamwork. You enjoy working with service technicians, sales professionals, operations teammates, and customer contacts to deliver excellent outcomes.
You want your work to matter. You are motivated by helping customers protect critical assets, improve reliability, and make informed decisions about their water treatment programs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assess industrial and commercial water treatment systems, including boilers, cooling towers, closed loops, pretreatment equipment, and related applications.
Collect, review, and interpret water testing data, operating conditions, trends, and field observations to evaluate program performance.
Troubleshoot water quality issues and recommend corrective actions related to scale, corrosion, microbiological control, efficiency, and equipment protection.
Prepare clear technical reports, summaries, and recommendations for customers and internal teams.
Collaborate with sales, service, and operations teams to design, optimize, and support effective treatment programs.
Manage an assigned book of customer accounts by maintaining regular contact, understanding customer needs, building relationships with key decision makers, and ensuring follow‑up items are completed.
Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow customer accounts through upgrades, cross‑selling, process improvements, and proactive recommendations that improve customer outcomes.
Visit customer sites to support testing, troubleshooting, program reviews, training, surveys, and continuous improvement opportunities.
What Success Looks Like:
Customers trust HOH’s recommendations because they are grounded in strong analysis, clear communication, and practical solutions.
Water treatment programs perform as intended, with issues identified early and resolved proactively.
Internal teams have the technical insight and documentation they need to serve customers with excellence.
Reports, recommendations, and follow‑ups are timely, accurate, and easy for customers to understand.
You help strengthen long‑term customer relationships by combining technical expertise with HOH’s commitment to service and care.
Why HOH? At HOH, you will work alongside leaders who genuinely care about people and believe business should leave a lasting impact. We invest heavily in our employees through professional development, industry‑leading engagement, generous benefits, profit sharing, and a culture where people know they matter.
