Responsibilities:
- Schematic Design & Design Development
- Code Compliance and coordination of the permitting process with staff
- Proficiency with Construction Documents using RevitSub-consultant coordination
- Quality Control review of construction documents
- Cost control during design and construction
- Field documentation of project sites in all phases
- Contractor Submittal review and RFI response coordination with staff
Qualifications:
Experience with municipal and commercial buildings is preferred. Experience with Public Safety facilities is desired. Proven experience with all stages of design should be evident.
