Description: American Traveler is hiring an ICU RN for a night shift position requiring CRRT and/or IABP experience and a KY or compact RN license. Details20-bed medical ICU setting with 2:1 patient ratios Cares for patients with cardiac arrest, sepsis, mechanical ventilation, stroke, post-surgical needs, continuous dialysis, and invasive bedside procedures Night shift schedule, 7p-7a, 3x12 (36 hours/week) Weekend and holiday rotation required RequirementsActive, unrestricted RN license (KY or compact) Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required ADN or ASN required; BSN preferred CRRT and/or IABP experience required Last 4 digits of SSN and MM/DD of date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information: Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement treatments within RN scope of practice Coordinate admission, transfer, and discharge activities, including patient and family education Delegate and oversee care tasks performed by other team members Participate in unit-based quality improvement activities and core measure initiatives Must reside within 75 miles of the facility; candidates outside this radius are eligible for travel rate, while local candidates are accepted at a lower rate
