Program Manager III – Executive Events & Engagement

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid, minimum 3 days onsite per week)

Duration: 3 months, with potential for extensions to long term

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Events Management, Executive Communications, Business Operations, or a related field. Proven experience managing executive events, leadership offsites, or speaking engagements from planning through execution. Experience managing multiple complex projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners. Experience building processes, operating cadences, and program frameworks from the ground up. Exceptional business writing and executive communication skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and risk-management abilities. Understanding of sales, revenue, customer-facing, or go-to-market organizations.

Preferred Qualifications: MBA or other advanced degree. Experience supporting marketing events, executive engagement programs, or corporate communications initiatives. Experience developing scalable workflows, documentation, automation, or process-improvement solutions. Background working with senior leadership teams in large, complex organizations.
