Legal Action of Wisconsin, Inc. seeks a Staff Attorney to support Tribal Elder Benefits Specialists and Tribal Disability Benefits Specialists embedded in tribal agencies and ADRCs across Wisconsin. This is an in-person, full-time position with travel to tribal offices.
The attorney will handle public benefits matters including Social Security, Medicare, Food Share, housing, and other programs; supervision of volunteers is possible. A JD and WI Bar admission (or plan to obtain) are required.
