The Opportunity:
Our client is a well-established mortgage group with exceptional culture, processing, operational support, technology, lender relationships and reputation.
They pay you, the producer, what you're actually worth... and they provide every operational support system along the way.
You're an established MLO, and a consistent producer. Why should you consider this?
Transition package available. Your first 90 days won't be a cliff.
Elite lender access. Executive-tier relationships with one of the top wholesale lenders in the country. Access well beyond what most brokers of this size ever get. Personal friendship with their CEO.
Real support, not a cost center. Personal processors, a credit analyst on every file, a modern loan origination system and CRM, individually optimized websites, and office space across multiple markets. This is all built and funded by the company so producers can focus on producing.
Compensation built for producers. Above-average bps per loan, with upside beyond your own production: recruiting overrides, team leadership paths, and referral structures. No hidden holdbacks, no per-file fees, no monthly admin regardless of production.
A team, not a transaction. A dedicated mentor, a leadership team that's genuinely reachable, and open access to every level of company leadership.
A company still being built. This is an early stage in a fast-growth story, with real input into what the company becomes for producers who want it.
What You'll Do:
Originate loans!
Get access to every wholesale lending option available.
Build and grow your own book of business on a platform with a 12-day average clear-to-close.
Optionally: mentor, build a team, and earn overrides to get paid beyond your own production as the company scales.
What We're Looking For:
Character: humble enough to be part of a team, hungry enough to want more, sharp about people and relationships
Active NMLS license, in good standing, with a track record of self-generated production (not institution-fed leads)
Producer, not order-taker. You build your own pipeline through agent relationships, referrals, and your own marketing
Comfortable with the math: if most of your volume comes from walk-ins or assigned leads, this isn't the right fit.
Open to building something bigger than your own production over time
Licensed in Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, or Florida
All inquiries handled confidentially.
Company name and headquarters withheld pending initial conversation.
This is a remote position.
