Job Description: Seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner with experience in home health to conduct risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members within Jefferson County. This per diem opportunity offers exceptional flexibility, with shifts available across multiple locations in the county, including Watertown, Adams, and Fort Drum. Qualifications: Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of NYMSN degree from an accredited nursing school Board Certification from AANP or ANCCCurrent CPR certification (BLS)6 months recent Nurse Practitioner experience preferred Compensation and Perks Earn $80$90 per completed evaluation, with additional mileage and administrative stipends.
