Job Description:
A Client of Insight Global is seeking to hire a Plastic Surgeon in South Charlotte, NC. This surgeon will join an established 100% aesthetic plastic surgery practice and work alongside an experienced plastic surgeon for approximately one year of mentorship and training. The surgeon will perform cosmetic procedures across breast, body, and facial surgery based on their training and interests while gradually developing their own patient base within the existing practice. This opportunity offers a long-term path toward partnership/equity, the ability to inherit an established patient population, and potential involvement in developing and training future fellows.
Required Skills & Experience:- Board eligible or board certified through the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS)
- Completion of an accredited plastic surgery residency/training program
- Experience or training in aesthetic/cosmetic plastic surgery
- Ability to practice in North Carolina
- Compensation Structure
The compensation for this role consists of $150,000 draw against production, with the surgeon earning 30% of surgical revenue and increased revenue-sharing percentages as additional $1M production thresholds are reached.
