Equity and employment Pay under this role is commission only. After we have worked together, Carbynix may open a separate conversation about equity, employment, or both. That conversation is optional. This posting does not grant equity, ownership, or a job, and no review or sales result creates a right to any of those. Anything in that category exists only if a later written agreement says so. Where you can work Do not apply from California, Massachusetts, Illinois, or Vermont. This 1099 model is not available there. Everywhere else: tell us your work state first. Some states (including Georgia, Maryland, New Hampshire, Colorado, Pennsylvania, and similar) get a separate short questionnaire before any contract. Utah also gets a commission-timing rider. Colorado has a separate notice step. Favorable answers do not by themselves clear anyone. Work starts only after screening is cleared, the current packet is fully signed, and Carbynix sends written activation. Do not sell before that. This posting is not an offer or a contract. Commission terms for already-signed partners stay as written in their agreements.
