Assistant Showroom Manager Redwood Outdoors sells the fastest-growing category in wellness: premium outdoor saunas and cold plunges. We're expanding fast with showrooms in Seattle, LA, New York, and Salt Lake City plus more locations coming next year. And you're selling a product people are genuinely excited to buy. Own the deal start to finish from first contact to close, managing your own pipeline. Become the go-to product expert on our full sauna and cold plunge lineup. Hit revenue and conversion targets while keeping customer satisfaction high. Repeat and referral business matters here. Serve as a keyholder for the showroom: open and close the location per company procedures, including arming/disarming the security system. Complete opening and closing checklists, ensuring the showroom floor, displays, and back-of-house areas are secure, presentable, and ready for business. Serve as an onsite point of contact for facility or vendor issues (e.g., deliveries, maintenance, alarm response) during open hours.
