To build and run the operational backbone of the Pharma Discovery Lab, the full-time salaried Director of BioPharma Program Management will manage a broad portfolio of internal and external projects, overseeing budget tracking, project milestones, and pharma-partner engagements in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage internal cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution
Support business operations by maintaining program-level budget visibility and resource forecasts
Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, translating scientific priorities into operational plans and preparing client-facing materialsRequired Qualifications 10+ years of experience in oncology drug development, translational research, or biomarker/CDx program management
Demonstrated track record in leading complex, cross-functional programs and stakeholder management
Experience managing biomarker sample operations and biorepository workflows
Strong financial acumen, including budget forecasting and resource planning
Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or MS) in life sciences required; MBA or equivalent business training is a plus
