Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the banquet team to deliver exceptional service at every event.
Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet spaces, ensuring all details align with client expectations.
Manage on-the-floor operations, swiftly addressing any issues to maintain a seamless guest experience.
Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain necessary stock for events, ensuring no disruptions in service delivery.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience working in banquets, catering, or hospitality.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift or move heavy event equipment.
Communication: Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
