Responsibilities:- Visit assigned locations (stores, restaurants, online) as a regular customer.
- Remain discreet and maintain anonymity during the visit.
- Evaluate staff interactions, product knowledge, and adherence to company protocols.
- Observe and document facility cleanliness, organization.
- Perform specific tasks, such as making purchases, asking targeted questions.
- Submit detailed written reports, including receipts, within deadlines, providing objective observations.

Requirements:
